UNISON has launched a new service for its members - UNISON4JOBS. This web-based service, produced in partnership with the Internet Corporation, is free for members and is designed to help members find new jobs in the public sector. A significant proportion of revenue generated from the service goes directly to UNISON. Income received from the service will help to support the campaigning work that UNISON undertakes on behalf of members.

UNISON4jobs.com is by far the cheapest way for employers to advertise and fill vacancies. When pricing is introduced the cost to employers for single adverts will be no more than £100 + VAT per vacancy advertised for a maximum 28-day period. Awareness of the site is growing amongst union members and employers, and will continue to do so throughout the coming year ensuring maximum exposure for vacancies advertised.

UNISON4jobs.com is a specialist job board for employees in the public sector. All jobs listed on the site are in the UK. Applicants are required to certify that they are EU citizens or hold a valid EU work permit.

Our high speed servers are housed in secure premises with a 20 Mb fast pipe connection to the internet backbone. Rigorously tested in a transaction furnace, coupled with the latest hardware and sophisticated software techniques, our service times are second to none.

Pricing

You will not have to commit to long term subscription charges when you advertise on UNISON4jobs.com. You may purchase as many or as few job slots as you wish and will not have to sign a binding contract committing you to an ongoing monthly amount.

By putting on your jobs there is no hidden 'small print' to trap you into using UNISON4jobs.com in the future. You can post one job, or a thousand. When pricing is introduced the cost to employers for single adverts will be no more than £100 plus VAT for a 28 day period. All account holders will be notified accordingly when charges are to be implemented.

Invoicing

Employers will be invoiced in the month following their advertisements. We require payment within 30 days of invoice date.

Employers using UNISON4jobs.com approved Advertising Agencies to place their vacancies are not required to make direct payment to us and will continue to make payment to their chosen agency. Only employers placing adverts on UNISON4jobs directly will be invoiced in the month following the advert placement.

You can place your advertisements on line at any time you wish. To open your account with UNISON4jobs.com, apply online today.

1. Click on the Recruiter button to set up your account..
2. Enter your name/address, and confirm your primary area of business, together with correct email details for verification.
3. Click on the 'apply' button which sets up your account request...
4. We then authorise the account request and email confirmation to you.
5. You can then log on using your Username & Password and enter your job vacancies on the site, which are then immediately displayed for applicants to view.
6. It is free to set up your account. You are not liable for any charges until you place an advertisement on the site.
7. You can place your advertisements on line at any time you wish.
8. Once registered you may immediately post your vacancies via our web site.
9. Vacancies will remain active for 28 days or your preferred close date.
